Wisconsin Army Aviation 2026 Henry Rifle. This 45-70 Gov’t Lever Action H10X Rifle is versatile and sporty. Proceeds will be used to support the Army Aviation Association Scholarship Foundation.
Henry Lever Action 45-70 Rifle (H10X) Raffle
Sponsored by the Army Aviation Association of America Badger Chapter
The Henry Rifle (H10X) Raffle (“Raffle”) is sponsored and administered by the Army Aviation Association of America Badger Chapter (“Sponsor”).
All net proceeds from this raffle will support the AAAA Scholarship Fund, which provides scholarships and educational support opportunities for qualified recipients associated with Army Aviation programs and initiatives.
Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Participants must be legal residents of the United States and legally eligible to possess and receive a firearm under all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Void where prohibited by law.
Officers, board members, and raffle administrators of the Sponsor may participate unless otherwise prohibited by law.
Raffle Start Date: May 1, 2026
Raffle End Date: September 8, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST
No entries will be accepted after the official closing date and time.
$20.00 per raffle ticket
6 raffle tickets for $100.00
Tickets are non-refundable and donations are not tax deductible unless otherwise stated by the Sponsor.
One (1) winner will receive:
One (1) Henry H10 X Rifle (approximate retail value $1,129).
The prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution will be provided except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
The raffle drawing will take place:

Time: 5:00 PM CST
Location: American Legion Post 67
The winning ticket will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received.
The winner does not need to be present to win.
The winner will be contacted using the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase.
The firearm prize must be transferred through a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL) in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
The winner:
Must successfully complete all required background checks.
Must provide valid government-issued identification.
Must be legally eligible to own and possess a firearm.
If the winner cannot legally possess the firearm, fails the required background check, or fails to complete the transfer within thirty (30) days of notification, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Shipping or transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL dealer are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The winner is solely responsible for:
Any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize.
Any firearm transfer fees, registration fees, or background check fees required by law.
Compliance with all firearm ownership laws and regulations.
The Sponsor makes no warranties regarding the prize and assumes no liability related to its use or possession.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Tickets are numbered 1-300.

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle if necessary due to fraud, technical failures, legal issues, or other circumstances beyond its control.
This raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including all firearm transfer and possession laws.
Participants are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable in their state or locality.
The Badger Chapter is based out of Madison, WI. It is the first "virtual" chapter, designed to connect SMs across WI. The chapter supports units assigned to the 1-147th AHB, including C Co (-) 1-168 GSAB, Det 1 G Co 2-104th GSAB, Det 2 D Co 1-112th GSAB, Det 1 B Co 168th ASB, and Det 5 A Co1-641st AVN (OSACOM).
